Pursuant to Public Act 104-468, which was effective July 1, 2026, Civil Filing Fee Schedules 1 and 3, in addition to Appearance Fee Schedules 1 and 2, will be increasing by $5.00 effective October 1, 2026. Mailing rates will also be increasing to reflect USPS postage increases which were effective July 12, 2026.
