FREE McHENRY CIRCUIT CLERK ATTORNEY ACCESS PORTAL
The McHenry Circuit Clerk Attorney Access Portal is a free program which provides attorney access to McHenry County cases where the attorney/firm has filed an appearance. Case information and the scanned court documents are both available. The McHenry Circuit Clerk Attorney Access Portal also provides a calendar function which allows attorneys to view all scheduled court dates on cases where they are the attorney of record, in addition to daily court calls for all courtrooms.
To gain access to the Attorney Access Portal email your completed application to [email protected]. A link to the program, along with your firm’s user ID and password will be sent to your e-mail address.
iSchedule - Attorney Online Scheduling
iSchedule allows attorneys to schedule court dates online for cases where they are the current attorney of record in some courtrooms. If you have not yet filed your Appearance, first eFile your Appearance with the Circuit Clerk. Once that has been processed by the clerk you will be able to schedule court dates.
Currently iSchedule only allows scheduling dates on cases with a future court date for the following courtrooms: 103, 104, 201, 202, 204, 358, 359, 360, 361 and 365. To schedule a court date, first open the case in the Attorney Access Portal. Click the green SCHEDULE NEW COURT EVENT button. If the green SCHEDULE NEW COURT EVENT button does not appear, that case is not eligible for online scheduling.
